Tom Holland’s Spider-Person will swing back on to the major screen, Marvel president Kevin Feige confirmed to Entertainment Weekly this 7 days. When asked about a new Spidey story with Holland, Feige gave an affirmative answer, but with few details.

“All I will say is that we have the story,” Feige advised the journal. “We have major thoughts for that, and our writers are just putting pen to paper now.”

Holland, 26, played Peter Parker/Spider-Male in 6 movies so significantly. He starred in 3 Spidey solo movies, starting with 2017’s Spider-Gentleman: Homecoming and then in 2019’s Spider-Guy: Much From House and 2021’s Spider-Gentleman: No Way Residence. He is also performed the teen superhero in 2016’s Captain The us: Civil War, 2018’s Avengers: Infinity War, and 2019’s Avengers: Endgame.

This isn’t really fully surprising. Spider-Guy producer Amy Pascal instructed Fandango in 2021 that Sony Pics, which owns the movie legal rights to Spider-Person, would continue to do the job with Holland and Marvel, mentioning a new trilogy of films.

Feige didn’t clarify no matter if that’s what he was referring to or if he was referencing a Spidey overall look in an Avengers film. And a calendar year in the past, Holland himself was obscure about his Spidey long term.

“We’ve had conversations about the possible long run of Spider-Gentleman, but at the moment, they are conversations,” Holland told EW in a response to Pascal’s new trilogy converse. “We really don’t know what the future seems like.”

CNET’s Jennifer Bisset praised Holland’s “effortless likability” as nicely as his extraordinary performing abilities in her evaluation of Spider-Person: No Way Property.
